Emirates Towers looks smart in this gorgeous weather.

The Towers is quite an imposing building.

Is a non native expected to be able to read the road signs in arabic...or are the roads all numbered eg, 312 road?

Locations are given by plotting yourself next to a popular landmark or follow first left, second right instructions. If you try using road and exit numbers people might think you are mad.
